Alcoholism

Tell me your thoughts on the current treatment of alcoholism...do you consider it to be a spiritual, biological, psychological or social disease.  My current way of thing is that it is all of the forementioned and when considering treatment should be addressed in the manner that the disease presents itself in individuals.....
